Attn: All Employees of PLS 3rd Learning
Major Medical Insurance is offered to help make sure that in the event of an unexpected Injury or Illness, your Doctor, Hospital or Medical Facility is compensated for providing the vital treatment necessary for you or your loved ones.
However, today more than ever, even the best plans may pay only a portion of the actual costs of this treatment, leaving you to deal with the potential financial burden of Co-Pays, Deductibles, Direct and Indirect Out-of-Pocket Costs, Lost Wages or Final Expenses.
Voluntary Benefits provide a cost-effective way to enhance your medical insurance and help you prepare for life’s unexpected challenges. Unallocated Cash Benefits are paid directly to you and may be used to pay expenses that other insurance may not cover.
However, the key to creating employee satisfaction with any Voluntary Benefits Program starts with effective Communication and Education at the most basic level. No two people and/or their families have exactly the same Personal or Financial needs, so the ability to tailor programs to their specific situation is very important.
This is why we are pleased to announce that our Health Insurance Broker- Sheridan Benefits, has partnered with FJM & Associates of Buffalo, Inc., a Family-Owned & Operated Insurance and Employee Benefits Broker, to facilitate the introduction of our New Colonial Life Voluntary Benefits Program, which provides Guaranteed Issue (No health questions asked!) Individual Accident and Group Critical Illness Plans.
The plans being offered are upgraded versions of the programs offered years ago, so we encourage all employees, whether currently enrolled, previously enrolled, or never enrolled, to meet with an FJM Representative. The goal is to provide you with the personalized education necessary to make an informed decision on which plans may be right for you and your family.
If you have any questions, or would like to schedule a meeting with one of the Benefit Specialists from FJM & Associates, please complete and submit the Contact Form, indicating which programs you are most interested in and the best Method and Time to contact you. An FJM Benefits Specialist will reach out to you shortly.
