This offer provides Guaranteed Issue Whole Life Insurance up to $150,000 Face Amount or $30 per week (whichever comes first), depending on Issue Age and Smoker/Non-Smoker Status. No additional questions needed.
There is also Guaranteed Issue Short-Term Disability Insurance at 60% of Current Income up to $4000 per Month with a choice of Waiting and Benefit Periods.
