WELCOME!

You have been directed to this page to provide additional information on the
Colonial Voluntary Benefits programs available to you, Guaranteed Issue (no medical questions) as an employee of AfterCare Nursing Services.

Colonial Voluntary Benefits, a leader in the Supplemental Insurance Industry, is available to you via the convenience of  Payroll Deduction and administered
through your Benefits Broker, FJM Benefits Advisors.
FJM Benefits Advisors has specialized in the Voluntary Supplemental Benefits Market for over 25 years and we understand the role that effective Communication and Education plays in understanding the need for these programs.

Since no two people and/or their families have exactly the same
Personal or Financial needs, the ability to tailor these programs to your specific circumstances is extremely important.

But with so many different choices and options, how do you know which programs are best for you?

In an effort to make this process a little easier, please take a moment to review the two following scenarios and decide which best describes your situation and then refer to the listed programs for more information.
"I'm concerned about 'out-of-pocket' costs
associated with an unexpected injury, illness
or hospital stay."
RECOMMENDED PROGRAMS FOR YOU TO REVIEW:
                1. Accident Protection (24/7 Coverage)
               2. Critical Illness (Specified Diseases, + Annual Wellness Benefit)
                3. Medical Bridge (Hospital Indemnity)
