All Hogan Glass, LLC. Valued Employees:
Major Medical Insurance is offered to help make sure that in the event of an unexpected Injury or Illness, your Doctor, Hospital or Medical Facility is compensated for providing the vital treatment necessary for you or your loved ones.
However, today more than ever, even the best plans may pay only a portion of the actual costs of this treatment, leaving you to deal with the financial burden of Co-Pays, Deductibles, Direct and Indirect Out-of-Pocket Costs, Lost Wages or Final Expenses.
In an effort to help alleviate the potential toll these costs may take on our employees and their families, HOGAN GLASS, LLC. brought in Voluntary Supplemental Insurance programs through AFLAC, NY. These programs are specifically designed to provide Pre-Arranged, Cash-Dollar Payments directly to you (based on specific events or treatments), that could be used anyway you see fit.
Recent events have reaffirmed the value of these programs and have sparked renewed interest by employees, prompting HOGAN GLASS, LLC. to review their current offering. The goal was to make sure that existing insureds fully understood their coverages and that those not currently insured be given an opportunity to participate.
What we found was that the key to creating employee satisfaction with any Voluntary Benefits Program starts with effective Communication and Education at the most basic level. No two people and/or their families have exactly the same Personal or Financial needs, so the ability to tailor programs to their specific situation is very important.
This is why we are pleased to announce that we have secured FJM & Associates of Buffalo, Inc., a Family-Owned & Operated Insurance and Employee Benefits Broker, to facilitate the re-introduction of our Voluntary Benefits Program.
In addition to taking over the servicing of our existing AFLAC programs, FJM & Associates of Buffalo, Inc. was able to secure an extremely favorable underwriting offer through Colonial Life/Paul Revere for all current and future employees of HOGAN GLASS, LLC.
This offer provides Guaranteed Issue Whole Life and Disability Insurance, along with outstanding Accident Plans and Critical Illness Plans. (Please note that Guaranteed Issue is only available during this initial enrollment for existing employees and then only for New Employees going forward.)
We encourage all employees, whether currently enrolled, previously enrolled or never enrolled, to meet with an FJM Representative to review this extremely generous offer. FJM & Associates has found that in many cases you may be able to enhance your protection at little or no additional cost or even save some money.
In the meantime, you may select any of the images below to learn more about that particular program. Then, complete and submit the Contact Form, indicating which programs you are most interested in and one of the Benefit Specialists from FJM & Associates will reach out to schedule either an in-person or virtual appointment.
